We now have over 1000 members many of whom are just looking around. We need to count the active members. I would suggest that at least a WELCOME message be sent as a new member registers ... Maybe an encouraging message to those who sign in and haven't posted or replied after a week or so. ...I haven't read all the post so I hope my suggestions are redundant and late..... if they are sorry about that ...
