It has been a long time since I actively participated on this forum, although I look in regularly.
I added a border to the top to expand the top of the image. I do not own any generative Ai software so anything I do is generally by cloning or simply adding space. Some crops and colour variations.

Your next two: When I took the picture, that is what I was thinking of. But when I look at it now, it doesn't really work. The tables overpower the rest.

I liked the fact that you removed the colour from the tbles which makes you look at the picture as a whole.

Finally,
When I took the picture I saw so much. But after much messing around, I ended up with this: The tables were 'decoloured' so that your eye went along the edge of the cobbles to the end but then were distracted by the red tablecoth and the person selling stuff.
