I'm using a Mac with M1. Mu images are stored and processed in Lightroom. Rgeularly I want to do additionally editing in Photoshop. I used to be able to do this by hitting Command E and the LR image would open in PS. When I had finished and saved, the edited image would save to LR.
I'm using Photoshop Beta. LR images no longer open in PS when Command E is hit. PS opens but not the file.
    Any suggestions out there?

It is a known bug. Yesterday's update was supposed to fix it but I've been too far under the weather to even turn on my computer much less install an update and test it.

By reinstalling Photoshop (regular, not Beta) I was able to get images to open out of LR into PS as usual, but I've been using Beta only by exporting a file and then importing it into Beta since then. It seems that LR is confused about having two active versions of PS.

    Thanks Minniev
Reintalled lates LR and PS. Now LR connects to PS via command E. When I want to use beta, I close off the others and open the file I want in beta. Then I save the file to desktop and then import the edited file into LR.
I guess that's why it is a beta and it will be fixed in due course.
