Your camera history is fascinating, Thanks for sharing! I also had a brief history with your Casio QV10,
I never thought about digital images until 1995, when I started a web site for our car club, I used a scanner to get film pix into our website, A member turned up with a Casio QV-10 in the summer of 1996, I got to use it briefly. I didn't realize til today that it was the first digital camera to have a rear LCD, Nonetheless, I continued to use 35mm film with good lens. Digital wasn't ready yet,
Two shots from 1996. Back then, we were using EGA/VGA monitors, and I think they look better on modern screens?
I also loved the Coolpix 900 you showed us. That was my second digital camera. I'll have to go find it and see if it still OK, I wasn't aware of your sample shots, Those are amazing.
