i like to view portraits at full size on my 4k monitor.
Excellent, these examples should have suitable resolution
they are not working to view large
Right-click, open in new tab
thanks ,didnt know that was possable, im just used to clicking on the image 😊
i like the colour images, skin tones are what you expect from sony, but the mono is a bit muddy for me.
looks like your daughter was playing with the mascara 😊 the last colour would make a beautiful B&W.
Thanks for the feedback.
I suspect that the colors more are a result of my non-standardized workflow than any particular Sony profile.
That's because the images are hotlinked from another site for display here and not actually a clickable link.
If anyone wants to make their images in a post clickable to open fullsize the images need to be wrapped in a [url] tag in the post.
Otherwise visitors need to do what ArvoJ said.

I cannot figure out how to get the correct formatting?
In Edge I can hover over the image and click ctrl twice to open the image in a new window

Next syntax to make image clickable:
[url=image_address]!(image_address)[/url]
For your first image (you can break line before exclamation mark):

Results in this:
When you wish to post an image in a new thread or post, what you do is to click the up arrow as shown here and then select your image and press OK:
That will upload your photo and produce this:
Then, you click the copy icon as shown in red and a reduced copy of the image will be pasted whereever your cursor is.
No need for fancy URLs - the system will do it for you.

Beautiful lighting and subject!
Technically and aesthetically, I think number 3 is the best.

Thanks Rich for taking the time to look and comment.

Maybe the formatting of hot linked images could become automatic for those who prefer to link rather than uploading?

It could, but as forum software (Misago) authors are working on new editor anyway, then likely we will wait for their results - it may become automatic in some next versions. If not, then it can be added to our todo list.

When your image is hosted elsewhere, as in your case, you don’t need to upload the image here to display in a post.
You can use this code to display the image in a post and make it clickable to display full size.
