Has anyone downloaded this latest version, and if so, has Nikon fixed the Bug which prevented the Program from being able to present the, Thumbnails, I guess is what they are called? Last version I have found to work properly is 1.2.2

I think you should get rid of all your Nikon gear, & move on. It's quite obvious that nothing Nikon makes works to your satisfaction, save yourself the grief & headaches, & try something different. Life is too short to be unhappy with tools that don't perform to your satisfaction.

I like the Brand as I have been using it since 1985, but the last 2 Cameras have been a Challenge, as it appears they really let the Quality Control go down the Toilet.. Before that I shot Canon, and the A1 I developed Issues, Squeaked like Hell after a Couple of Year.
If I Switch, nothing will change cause I will get the Defective on that is in stock. Happens with Car, Boats, Electronics, every Purchase I make the Product is Defective. Last Week I picked up a new Car, it already has had the Battery Fail, the Transmission is Leaking, and the Motor has a knock, but as I said, I always get the the Defective one. -
Not sure what you mean. Every version I had showed thumbnails in View Thumbnails mode. The latest version does the same. Could you elaborate what is a problem?
