After a cold April, spring is making another tentative start. But it is positive to note that April brought us a little of the much needed water. I hope for more precipitation in May.
3.5.2023: At the moment it is the small violets and dandelions that bring us yellow spring greetings.
The green is getting stronger and also the larches show a first hint of green.
On the shore of our little lake new life is also awakening.
And here, too, it is yellow blossoms that herald the spring. This photo is composed of two pictures. Because I took the pictures handheld, they could not be stitched together automatically. But I think that my manual attempt came out not so bad.
4.5.2023: Among other things, blue now joined the spring-like color mix.
Everything looks friendly and inviting.
I love the gentians. They delight me year after year.
The meadows already look lush and in a short time everything will be full of flowers.
The dandelion is also a beautiful flower, even if it is scornfully called "pig flower" in the local dialect. In addition, the young leaves can be made into a tasty and extremely healthy salad.
After the long barrenness of winter it is a pure joy to see the life awakening everywhere. Despite all the adversities, life is beautiful... at least for me. And of course I hope that this is also true for all of you!
