    Not sure what category these should come in. One of the shots is macro, and the other two both move, although still in the photos, and a large part of my life.

    The tone arm cost me something like £20 new sixty years ago -- about three weeks wages in those days! It has had a series of cartridges in it (Decca, Ortofon, and currently Sumiko) and still performs excellently. The turntable I bought from a friend about ten years ago: it's a good upgrade from my Lenco GL88.

    Twenty years ago I sold most of my LPs (I really needed the space!), but then I found I could buy a lot second hand and in excellent condition for about €3 a piece. This one I bought new recently for a lot more than that.

    It is now CDs that seem to multiply when I am not watching. Streaming doesnt interest me at all..
