Steve,
Thanks. Winter is the time we get a lot of geese that travel through our area.

Nice set again Digirame, my favorite is the one with the reflection👍
Photobygms,
Thanks. For some reason the rains have stopped and we have had some sunny days. So I was able to get out and capture some of these reflections. As I mentioned I took these accidentally at the 16:9 ratio. I think it's partially because I am not used to the Canon R8 quick menu as viewed on the LCD screen. So yesterday I spent some more time with it and customized that quick menu by removing some items and adding others. Then I reviewed it again so I am now better able to navigate through it. I also assigned the exposure compensation to a button on the back of the camera, so I could do it that way, instead of tapping the screen.
Steve,
Wow...those icicles are long. It's been a long time since I've seen any where we live. So far this winter, we've had no snow in the valleys.
Steve,
That looks cold with all of that snow and fog. I heard that the east part of the USA is supposed to get more continuous cold for a while, while the west part is more relatively warm especially along the coast.
That's looks like the winters I want 😁
Alan,
Brrrr...that's looks cold also. The other day I was silently complaining that the day time temperatures were near 50F (10C), but things could be worse. Since we may have some sun today, I may get out in the afternoon to take more pictures. We should consider ourselves lucky in Oregon...at least for a while.
That's what the weather looked like overhere also a few weeks ago.
The Southern part of the Netherlands did have some snow today and the northern part (where we live) only got some rain......
Subject: Winter Tree
About three days ago I saw a tree with it's bare branches against an evening sky. I thought it looked neat. I hope you all do too.

ArvoJ,
The yarn is coiled around keeping me interested on where is the beginning and where it the end, since I see only one end. What was the yarn used for?
I didn't coil the yarn, but the other end is easily discoverable - follow the thread :) The yarn was used for gift wrapping.
Mtgoatee,
Oh, that is neat. I especially like seeing the second picture with all of that snow and the mountains in the background. It's very scenic with the clouds too.
😂😁
But a nice set!
Do like the little falcon (if it is a falcon)
Photobygms,
Wow...great seeing the sun and blue sky...love the reflections too.
Yeah, it was nice to be outside with that sun and a few clouds. way better than those rainy days we had lately 👍
